School of Humanities

Stephen’s interests include the social, institutional and political aspects of science and technology. He has specific socio-technical expertise, with an emphasis on engaging the social, and more broadly collective, aspects of energy consumption on socio-technical issues, particularly community engagement/participation and on the governance of technology, socio-technical networks and sustainability more generally.
